We want you to love every Glowora piece. If something isn't right, here's how our returns process works.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Steps to Return

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide a return shipping address
4. Ship the item back securely
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
